This session will offer insights into the challenges and opportunities in reshaping our economies and societies towards a sustainable, just, and inclusive future. We will discuss policy approaches and discourses from leading international organisations, including the European Commission, ILO, OECD, UNIDO, and more. Participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the findings, which highlight the evolving roles of skills, workplace reconfiguration, and social inclusion in these transitions.

The webinar is part of the research project JustTransform: Enabling a sustainable, just, and inclusive green and digital transformation. The project examines how working life is affected by the green and digital transitions, and how to enable sustainable, just, and inclusive transformations. The project is led by the Western Norway Research Institute in collaboration with Cambridge Industrial Innovation Policy (University of Cambridge) and Norce.
