Policy Links to build on COVID-19 and industrial development work for UNIDO

UNIDO has commissioned a background paper for the upcoming Industrial Development Report on ‘The Future of Industrialization in a Post-Pandemic World’.

The background paper will build on recent work delivered by Policy Links, including but not limited to a review of international approaches to supporting manufacturing supply chains and workforce, industrial policy advice in developing Asia, and ongoing collaborations with international partners. The paper will develop a framework for policy action in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
