A project for the Inter-American Development Bank with Compete Caribbean and St Lucia’s National Competitiveness and Productivity Council
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is supporting the project “Technical Assistance to Implement the National Competitiveness Agenda of Saint Lucia”.
This project aims to define a cohesive and prioritized program of actionable and results-oriented implementation roadmaps (including key goals, milestones, tasks, responsibilities, required resources and a financing strategy) for a selection of the Agenda’s high priority projects; develop a governance framework to coordinate the implementation of the Agenda; generate stakeholder buy-in through relevant targeted public awareness activities; build capacity in local stakeholders to sustain the innovation policy cycle.
