Jennifer Castañeda Navarrete, Senior Policy Analyst at Cambridge Industrial Innovation Policy, was awarded an InterAct Early Career Researcher Fellowship grant. The project funded involves the organisation of a panel discussion and a networking event aimed to raising awareness of gender inequalities in digital manufacturing. Attendees to the panel discussion and the networking reception will be invited to contribute their thoughts and opinions on the barriers and opportunities for women in digital manufacturing. The results from this will be summarised and disseminated in a policy brief.
This project is part of a broader networking initiative: Women in Manufacturing.
